Strategic Planning

SLAC Strategic Planning supports S&T strategic planning functions and manages SLAC’s Mission Investment Portfolio.

Information about SLAC’s S&T strategy is available on the Lab Strategy website, Science & Technology Strategy | Our Strategy. Strategic Planning supports the development of SLAC’s Lab Plan, which is presented to DOE for feedback on SLAC’s strategic plans and priorities.

Strategic Planning manages the Mission Investments budget, the indirect funding re-invested into SLAC’s S&T mission, including program development (PD) and lab-directed R&D (LDRD).
