Career Pathways & Development

The Office of the DDS&T at SLAC oversees the prestigious Panofsky Fellowship for early career scientists, the internal DOE ECRP application process, and the lab appointment and promotions processes for SLAC researchers. We develop programs, events, and resources to develop SLAC's early career researchers, including the yearly science communication competition, SLAC SLAM.
